The Challenge
A major food distributor needed to
standardize processes and improve safety
measures. The state of business included
high incident rates, regulatory compliance
failures, and inconsistent management
practices. Gaps in performance were costing
the company millions annually.
The Solution
The client engaged Judge Learning Solutions
to create a curriculum that would elevate
the standard for transportation management
and deliver a framework for improving key
business metrics. Judge was able to increase
manager knowledge and improve manager
performance metrics:
• Improved Knowledge of Material. Overall
average scores on post-class assessments
demonstrated 79-to-84 percent improvement
rates.
• Ability to Execute a Plan. A 120-day
assessment showed program success,
with 88 percent of managers successfully
completing post-training performance
improvement strategies.
